Modeina – Dennis Family
Challenging the conventional strategy in naming land and housing estates, our approach was to stand out from the crowd with a newly created name that was both modern and aspirational – ‘Modeina’.
Our goal was to create both a sense of intrigue and anticipation at what the estate has to offer. Research groups validated Modeina as the preferred brand name, and our logo was evolved to reflect a key feature of the development – the creek. From here we developed a complete campaign look through all customer contact points, from signage, the sales office, brochureware, print advertising and digital communications.
After 4 successful years in its first iteration, Modeina required an update to its overall Brand Design. The objective was to change enough to make a difference but not much to require a relaunch or any re-learning from the public. Phase 2 shows how we took the master design elements and upgraded them into a revitalised and refreshed brand.
